I do not allow refunds at all whatsoever unless I am unable to continue the commission.Please have a Toyhouse account if you purchase character designs from me.Payments upfront.
Payments only accepted via paypal, USD only.I ask that the artwork isn't significantly altered once completed, if there's anything you want changed during or after the process, I do edits for free up to a certain point (edits like colors / details are always perfectly fine)I REFUSE to draw racism/pedophilia/homophobia/ETC I have the right to refuse a commission for ANY reason.It’s likely I’ll post your commission publicly on my socials to promote my art, you have to specify if you'd rather I don't publish it.You may not use my art for commercial usage promotional material, art on stickers / pins etc, anything that makes a profit directly from my art of any kind UNLESS you’ve discussed it with me beforehand so I can decide on a usage fee based on what you want to use my art for.I always require credit for the art I make if you post it.
